Recommended! Paleokastritsa is 25 km from Corfu Town, and beaches and tavernas are spread out. There is a Green Bus from Corfu Town (2–3 times a day), but a car gives you freedom. All accommodations have free parking.

Yes! The cove beaches have calm, clean water. The yellow submarine is fascinating. Boat trips are an adventure. Note: some accommodations are on the hillside (steps) — choose Thalassa or Tango if you have young children.

Agia Triada (near Akrotiri) is the most organised. Platakia is the most central. Paradise Beach (by boat!) is the most spectacular. Hire a boat and explore them all!
